My New Years Resolutions

I have not made resolutions since I was like 10 years old!

I'm glad I'm doing it now.

Here they are:

Become as close to 100% raw as possible

Read at least 30 minutes a day

Get outside and breath or play a little each day

Be honest with myself and others no matter what and not hide my feelings until it builds up and I become angry

When I start to feel stressed, stop and breath. Don't let negative emotions get the best of me.

Express myself creatively everyday, whether it's writing, singing, dancing, etc.

Speak from my heart and not be afraid to do so.

Stop drinking coffee everyday and only have it once in a while.

Well, there they are! I know I can do it!!

  1. These are some great resolutions! I actually found a video online today that talked about how you can stick to your resolutions. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KZ6F6qZV0WI&feature=channel

Also, my husband and I make this wonderful "coffee" drink that tastes just like coffee, but is actually good for you. It's made with a product called Dandy Blend. We buy it at the natural food store, but it can also be bought online. It's a great way to stop drinking coffee.

I really like your list, and I may steal a few ideas from it and incorporate them into my own list. Thank you!

  2. Thats great! I'm about to watch the video now, and I'll check out Dandy Blend...although I should try that cacao drink that Matt Monarch put in his newsletter, as well.

Glad you like my list...you can steal whatever you want!

    Thank you too. =0)
