How to Get a Knot Out

The other evening I picked up a necklace that my mom gave me last year, a little silver chain with a Buddha pendant. It mysteriously had gotten a knot in it. I tried and tried for about 8 minutes to pry this knot out, very carefully, but the more I tried, the worse it got. I kept saying to myself, "This thing is stuck. It's never coming out." Then, I said to myself, "What am I doing? I'm just thinking negative thoughts here! I need to change my thinking..." So, I closed my eyes with the knotted chain in hand, took three long breaths that I sent into the chain, and thought, "Now it is free." When I opened my eyes, I pulled the chain one last time before it completely came free.

I was totally and utterly amazed. I couldn't believe that my thoughts actually loosened the chain!!! I really believe in telekinesis now...that's exactly what I think I was doing when I breathed into the chain.

I would love to know if there are more people out there who have had experiences like this. I know that we can do many things just by simply believing we can, even if it seems hopelessly impossible.

That evening changed my life completely. I have changed a lot of habits just by this one experience. I can see the ways the Universe works a little more clearly each day.

My little girl even started drinking green smoothies...which is something I thought was comPLETely impossible, because every time she would even look at one, she would cringe. She saw mine in a pretty wine glass on the counter, and said "What's this mama?" I told her it was a green smoothie and that she could try it. She DID!! She LOVED it, and even had another one today.

Life is wonderful, and there are many blessings around us. All we have to do is believe, ask, and receive.

  1. Hey Tawni! I had 5 necklaces all knotted up and hidden in a box for a few years. I've tried so many times to get them apart. Your method really helped me! I did it exactly as you said and when I opened my eyes and began to pull, it was no effort at all! Thank's amazing! Thanks!
